Sascha O. Fit perfectly and restored my oven back to full function. Fast shipping also.

Darren D. I received my first oven element from Fridge-Filters.ca damaged in shipping. I contacted their Customer Service Department, and received a prompt email reply from Lev. After exchanging pictures of the clearly crushed box and resulting very bent oven element, Lev offered to send another, although I was able to carefully manipulate the original back into it's intended shape and install it. It's working just fine, but in case it should fail in the future, I've the replacement from Lev as well. While this was most likely on the shippers end, there was no 'blame game' or hesitation from Lev and Fridge-Filters.ca that one often encounters with companies, be it online or in person. To me, how a company handles adversity or a product related misstep speaks volumes for their integrity and I'm happy to report my fantastic experience with these folks. The price of the element was more reasonable than just about any other e-retailer, and shipping, such as it was initially, was quite fast, with me receiving the element within two days. I can't recommend this company enough, and will happily direct friends & family members to them!!! A special Thank You to Lev, please don't change... Your professionalism and courtesy is most appreciated.
