Mike W. Quite honestly I ordered the incorrect version and it didn’t work. I was told by your customer service team that I couldn’t return it for a refund because I try to install it. It wasn’t even really installed, because the plug didn’t fit correctly.
So, I wasn’t very impressed with your return policy.
Thanks for inquiring.

CJ A. Works great. Replaced on a 15 year old Kenmore side by side. Included a new harness that was the same plug as the old one. Easy job to install.

Lonny B. My ice maker stopped working and I spent some time on YouTube/forums trying to diagnose it. After narrowing it down to either the thermostat or the heating coil, I decided it would be much easier and not a whole lot more expensive to replace the entire ice maker (rather than buying the individual parts and trying to dis-assemble and re-assemble the thing)
The new ice maker came in the mail quickly and was incredibly easy to install and worked right away. Only thing was that the cord sit came with didn’t fit properly in my freezer, but I was able to use my old one.
Would highly recommend fridge-filters.ca

douglas B. Received as described.. had to remove wiring harness from old one and use it on the new one as the new one was the wrong length for my fridge. Also had to take the wire that controls ice on ice off from the old one
The new one works well
