Anne S. Didn’t realize this was only an online business. When I stopped at the physical location to return a part I was told I had to mail it in at my cost.
Ended up wasting gas, time and money.
Drove to a different store all together with helpful staff and was in and out in 10 min with the exact part that I needed.
Will never deal with fridge-filters again.

Doug S. I paid for extra for expedited shipping and it took almost 3 weeks. I realize this is a fault of Canada Post, but when I reached out to Fridge filters to submit a claim to refund the post but they never returned my inquiry and therefore I have to eat the shipping. Would have appreciated a return message from FF, even if they couldn't do anything.
