John H. Easy to order online. Arrived within a few business days (paid a little extra for priority shipping). The valve was the correct part (as advertised) and fit perfectly. Installed for a few weeks now and no leaks with about 20 washing machine loads. So far. . . . so good!

Keith W. Super easy fix for our water leak. The part is easy to diagnose, remove and re-install with basic tools. I had the part in 3-hours thanks to super convenient pick-up site in Oakville, close to where I live. Our washer now works perfectly, leak-free.

David A. Our machine was leaking, we didn’t want to pay a repair man to come at the house because it usually too expensive so my husband looked to try to find out what was leaking and noticed it was coming from that part. We took a chance (because my husband is really not a handyman) and ordered it and it was exactly what we needed. My husband changed that piece and now our machine is like brand new.
Thank you for the fast delivery. We are very satisfied
