Cecile G. Order was promptly delivered. Great service. Ty

Jerry M. The bake element is fine and is the product we ordered to replace one that Bosch as made extinct. But we do have a beef about the expedited delivery upgrade. On the anticipated delivery date, we received a message from your courier that the item was on the truck for delivery, yet it was sent to a grocery store some 10 km away for pickup. As we were home all day for the delivery, there is no possibility that we were not here when the courier stopped by. You will find our full address and contact details on file. Not good enough. Thanks for the chance to provide feedback.

Katrin G. Had trouble finding an element for my old wall oven. Couldn't even get one from the manufacturer. This one is not exactly the same but functions well. Arrived very quickly which got me up and running again in no time

Mike K. Easy install.. fits perfectly. I ordered without checking the part number and went by the picture. Took 4 days to get here but that's Canada Post and Corona for you.

Ronald S. Although the element fit. the connections did not. I had to return the element at a cost of $18.62. I still haven't received a credit, but expect that it will be not include the original shipping cost so I'll be out about $27.00 for the back and forth shipping costs.

Caroline W. The new element fitted our aging oven perfectly and we were so grateful for replacement being available speedily and without the need to venture out in these difficult times.
