Drew S. Element was packaged in a box to small for the item. The prongs were sticking out of to holes that were intentionally put there because it didn't fit in the box. As a result, one of the prongs was bent 90° during shipping. Thankfully I was able to bend it back without damaging the element. So far it works, but we'll have to see for how long...
