Sharon H. I submitted the model number on my stove and the website recommended an incorrect element. It arrived and everything was correct except the connecting ends. I emailed fridge filters and had exceptional help finding the right element. I have it installed and it works well. The only unfortunate part is the extra time it took without my oven and the return cost of mailing back the first element was almost $30. I would email photos and details to the help desk not the model # to their computer to find the right element next time.

R. P. Arrived in a timely manner, fit the model it was supposed to, which was a minor miracle given how old the unit is (so old it was actually made in Canada). Minimalist packaging but it’s not exactly rocket science to install.
