On my last order, I forgot to enter my unit # on my address
and consequently it was returned to you. Your staff was most courteous and understanding, and after several games of telephone-tag, we were able to "connect" and the order will arrive this week. Thankyou, I will continue to order and have steered several friends to this business. Margaret.

Purchase of Fridge Filters (2nd time)

Apparently, my last order of 3 was as a guest so they couldn't find my order history. Once I asked the question, my account immediately set up and I received the filters a few days later.

GREAT Customer Service! Thank You!
