Hh The site shows the incorrect piece on the website

Helen H. First the piece that was advertised was misleading. The order number was different than what was in the picture. When I called, they originally just assumed I ordered the wrong piece. Thankfully I was able to prove what was on the website vs what they sent.
Secondly, customer service is nonexistent. No one replies to emails. When I call and finally reach someone, they make promises that they don't keep.
Though delivery was quite fast, there are many issues in the overall process as seen above. I am now currently still waiting for my refund, which based on their "promise" I should have got it 2 days ago.. very disappointed..

Jeff A. The profile of the handle in the photo matches the OEM handle I needed - but the one I got had a different profile and did not match the original. If I wanted the one they shipped, I could have gotten it cheaper on Amazon. It’s not worth my time or effort to try and return it.
