Eugen I. Hi,
The transaction went smoothly thanks to Kate's exceptional customer service. She deserves all five stars in this review.
I should mention that I was initially shipped (from Edmonton for Montreal via ground - one week ) a non-programmable thermostat for air conditioning or heating instead of a dryer bearing.
Kate did her best to ship again, this time from Mississauga, so I received it the next day. Thanks Kate.
I'm still waiting for the promised return label to send the wrong item back. It seems they forgot!

Richard T. It was easy to find my part. Price was good, and fits and works perfectly. I called and spoke to someone here to and the customer service was good. I would recommend them and use them again.

Shoppers praised fast delivery and exceptional customer service. One customer noted receiving the wrong item initially but it was quickly resolved. Good pricing and availability.
