The new ice maker arrived quickly and was easy to install

I ordered this product and it came damaged. I contacted the company and they sent another one. It also was damaged. I let them know about it again, sent them pictures and didn't hear back from the company. I sent them another email and again no response. I am disappointed to say the least. Poor customer service.
