overall the part seems to work well. although due to poor ppackaging for shipment it arrived with the plug cover broken off and the prongs were bent. after bending them back and reattaching the cover it seems to be working. would highly suggest more padding for shipping.

Very fast, was here in a couple days with basic shipping during the covid outbreak. I am not a repairman, just a homeowner. Little tip wear gloves, the insides of washing machines are sharp! Part fit and worked perfect. Very happy. Saved me a couple hundred dollars for sure.

Ordered this drain pump and motor combo from fridge-filters.ca during Covid-19 cause Amazon.ca pushed their delivery dates by 4 weeks +. Good price and fast delivery to T.O. address. Box in box should have been padded. OE part lasted 6.5 yrs, 2nd - 3.5 yrs. with impeller falling off pump side. Part fit well and pump cover snapped back on. Not OEM part but notes on part listing say made by same manufacturer. Slight difference in some of the plastic thickness from OEM spec., particularly around the hold downs for the pump onto the motor. Worked first time but we will see how long this one lasts! I used the bottom up replacement technique, much quicker than the front off technique. I still like the Samsung WF448AAP/XAC 02, so we're keeping her.
