Customers said this refrigerator water filter offers "great value" with a "perfect fit" for their fridges. It "filters very well" and works "just as good as name brand" at a better price. Fast delivery and easy installation praised. One customer experienced delayed delivery due to customer service contact issues.

Samsung fridge filters.

Have purchased these filters in the past. They perform well and are super easy to install. Purchased three this time to save on the cost of shipping. They arrived in three days from time of order placement. Efficient order process.

Customer service took to long! Finally redeemed themselves.

My original order didn’t show up and I had difficulty making contact with fridge filters by phone, which I tried multiple times. I emailed them and finally got a response. They placed a new order and I received it about 10 days later. From my original order it probably took nearly a month before I received my product.

My only concern regarding the filters is that they are not generally accepted by recycling organizations, although an employee there told me that they can be recycled in Vancouver now, & likely also in other large cities. Do you have any information on it? Thank you.
