The part was shipped and delivered fast. I called to make sure it was the right one was I thought I might have ordered the wrong part, the customer service was amazing. I’m not a fixit kinda female but I was able to change this part out no problem and my washing machine works now so I’m excited. Hopefully it doesn’t break again for a few years but I’ll differently order from here again if I need to fix something else.

Part was a breeze to install, works like a charm and was at a very reasonable price. This just goes to show you how much mark up is on materials these days.

The product was the same as the one we replaced but sad to say our washer still didn’t work. Anyways, the part we bought arrived in time. Delivery was great! Thanks

Excellent customer service. I had the part sent express post because I needed it quickly but Canada post took longer than it was supposed to. This was not the fault of Fridge -Filters but they refunded the express shipping cost anyway. Although the part arrived slightly damaged, when I contacted them they offered to replace the part or give me a partial credit. They told me to install the part and try it. If I still wanted a new they would have sent one out. Since the part was still functional I decided to keep it and they refunded me a portion of of the cost. Fridge-Filters was a pleasure to deal with and I would most definitely order from them again.

This part looks and works just like the original part, at a reasonable price.
The part arrived earlier than stated and well packaged.

Sunday night and washing machine stopped mid-cycle with a"no drain" error code. Drained the tub and cleared the drain hose off any possible obstructions. Tried the cycle again and quickly determined the drain pump motor was broken. A quick online search showed Fridge-Filter.ca had item in stock and the best price for our broken part. Ordered with express shipping and had our part 4 days later. Super quick and easy install and our family of five laundry service is back up and running! So glad we didn't have to buy a new machine or hire out the job. Less than $100 and an hour of labor! Couldn't be happier!

Awesome! Quick and efficient
R
Pump not as illustration, which is the original configuration would require it to be partially disassembled to install. Trying to return it but getting no response from customer service after completing return form on line 5 days ago. Calls today go to voice mail but no calls back.
Hopefully I will get a response soon after leaving 2 voice messages.
