Karen K. I have typically purchased this filter on line from Amazon.ca, but for some reason Amazon.ca no longer carries it. So an internet search led me to Fridge-Filters.ca. I made the purchase on line, process was easy, delivery was prompt. Will continue to use this site to order for different reasons, one of which being I think it may be a smaller business than Amazon so I'm always happy to order from smaller companies altho I am still a very happy Amazon customer for a growing number of products. But for this filter, I'm happy with this vendor.

Alexander P. Been using fridgefilters.ca for many years, on and off. Very happy with the OEM Samsung filters, delivery, and competitive pricing. Will purchase from here again, esp. given this period of self-isolation and beyond.

Anonymous Very good turn around in terms of shipping the parts.
A bit confusing , at the time of ordering, in what condition shipping is free.
The original filters used to have labels to be applied to Iindicate the month of installation. This model dis come with any labels.

Anonymous I was extremely happy with the quick processing and delivery time. The package was shipped in a nice strong box, no bigger than what was necessary - and it didn't have any excess packaging to get rid of, which is a nice treat in itself!
