Howard B. Despite previous experience and closely following instructions, this filter does not make ice! The name on thebox says Ice and Water Filter and the water part works great, but NO ICE!

Diana N. Filters are filters, and this is the one that fits my fridge. There is nothing wrong with it. The main reason for the five-star rating is the excellent customer service offered by Fridge-filters. They shipped the product quickly and were great when I had to return my first order because I had ordered the wrong filter. They identified the correct filter and put my refund toward the new purchase. Service is rapid and considerate.

In general I had a good experience with ordering my filter, however it was disappointing that they never specified target delivery date during the checkout, which left me wondering how long will it take them to deliver the filter (after all wasn't too bad -- around 5 days, but still would be good to provide some estimate)
