Eugen I. Hi,
The transaction went smoothly thanks to Kate's exceptional customer service. She deserves all five stars in this review.
I should mention that I was initially shipped (from Edmonton for Montreal via ground - one week ) a non-programmable thermostat for air conditioning or heating instead of a dryer bearing.
Kate did her best to ship again, this time from Mississauga, so I received it the next day. Thanks Kate.
I'm still waiting for the promised return label to send the wrong item back. It seems they forgot!
